I’m finding it hard to put into words just how life changing this book has been for me. For as long as I can remember I’ve been a chronic overthinker and procrastinator - my partner thinks it’s down to having ADHD but I’m not officially diagnosed so I’m not sure and have beaten myself up about my problems for a very long time. I needed something to try and manage my time and my life in general much better and boy did this book deliver. Not only is the book empathetic to people who struggle with these issues, it breaks it down that you only have to spend a few minutes a day to actually get the value out of which I really appreciated as I find it hard concentrating for a long period of time - the way this was written was just perfect for me. I highly, highly recommend this for anyone who overthinks because my work life and relationships have become so much better since I’ve employed the strategies in this book

I loved that this audiobook covered what overthinking is and how it can affect our every day lives. I usually overthink a lot but until now, I have never properly acknowledged it. This book has taught me to become more conscious of my overthinking and teaches great ways to overcome it. I loved the practical 'refocusing' tips and exercises to help with practicing mindfulness. This book is a great reminder to trust your gut and leave behind fear based thoughts. Would definitely recommend!
