I purchased this book 3 months ago and I like it so much that I have listened to it three times and purchased the hard copy to have as a reference. The framing techiniques discussed are already helping me to have positive conversations in my new job, so I am excited to see what happens once I settle in and it becomes a habit to use them. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to learn how to get their point across quickly and succinctly without too much fuff or long-winded explainanrion. It is short and to the point with clear and practical examples of how to use the techniques. Although, I will just add that I have read other communication books, so it might not have the same quick benefit for someone just starting out. Still, I think this book can be a game changer for anyone.
