This audiobook is a mix of common sense and unique ideas, approaches and processes in the art of organizing your stressless life. I found it helpful, informative and sometimes reassuring that at least sometimes, I feel like I am taking a good approach. It gives you practical, easy to understand tips to add some positive changes to your life. Simply by moving around some things to the back of your priorities, you can set up the energy in your life to work for you. Very useful. But the book also is full of ideas for making order in your environment, it is valuable audiobook to add to your self-help library.

Will help clearing thought process setting priorities. And this audiobook is a great resource to get back to the more simple things, change focus, and realize the rat race is just for rats. The author gives wonderful advice on how to surround yourself with good people, how to react to issues that may arise, and how to become more grounded in our daily life.

I listened to this one time. Most of it is common sense, but it motivates to get moving! A great resource on how to declutter your mind and your space of living. I listened to it in full in one time, and was inspired to clean out my living room and kitchen and gone through everything! I had three huge boxes full of things that I don't use and will give away!

I love how simple and easy this book was to get through. I don't have a lot of time to listen to an overly complicated book. Just as the purpose of the book is to simplify your life; the book itself is written in a very simple, easy to follow manner. I was able to listen to it in a very short period and immediately start putting into practice many of its suggestions. My favorite principles from this book are "Learn to say no", this is what was difficult for me and "Learn what Enough is". Great self-help.
