You grabbed this book for a reason.

I recommend turning this on, powering through as much of it as possible (it’s fairly short), allow it a moment to shock your system and open you up. While your feelings and emotions are all exposed, do a deeper dive into one chapter at a time. This is one I’ll be returning to for quite awhile.
