It's created by a real person who has real life experiencing quitting weed and can share with you how you can quit smoking marijuana once and for all!

The book is a workbook on how to quit smoking marijuana. It provides a detailed structure containing the steps towards recovery. Starting from the introductory part, we are made familiar with the general knowledge on marijuana and its abuse. How it causes dependence on the user and in no time they feel an addiction that could be problematic if they are not careful.

We have tried as much as possible to relate with all the kinds of situations that could arise. In the book, we want to relate with the listeners so that they are aware there have been people down that road. That recovery is real. That they can also get out of their addiction if they are really determined to.

Nah

It kind of bigs up weed and lists a load of benefits at one point (some of which are not backed up by evidence) and it's really not what you want to hear when trying to quit weed. People reading this book have an unhealthy relationship with weed, and so listing the 'health benefits' in a quitting book is kind of stupid.

It's called weed, not The Weed

Although a good Book with good strategies, the Mechanical sounding narrative annoyed the hell out of me, also throughout the Book marijuana is called "the weed" which in turn also annoyed me

Power in simplicity

The book last slightly over an hour. It's very simple but strategies to conquer addiction are in fact very powerful in their simplicity. Well, smoking pot is simple as well, lit the joint and smoke. Quitting is not as easy and you need a motivation. Some of strategies to conquer addiction in this book has also built in motivational qualities that will make you keep going when you do them. Very informative to people who thinks about quitting for a first time. You can wider your knowledge after this book but the main point is - YOU MAY NERD JUST ONE HOUR IN THE SUNDAY AFTERNOON TO START ENTIRELY NEW EXCITING POT-FREE JOURNEY. I recommend.

Like Reefer Madness & DARE had a baby

Total waste of time. Someone needs to update their knowledge base. This was a 1980s after school special level snore fest. Like the video a substitute teacher would slap in the VCR.
