Nah

It kind of bigs up weed and lists a load of benefits at one point (some of which are not backed up by evidence) and it's really not what you want to hear when trying to quit weed. People reading this book have an unhealthy relationship with weed, and so listing the 'health benefits' in a quitting book is kind of stupid.

2nd Listen/ Gonna listen again

Sounds doable, loved the listen ,tone could have been livelier would recommend yes. The honesty in sincere ness in the book is nice.
