Nice listen!!

A wonderful listening. Very enchanting introduction to meditation. Beautifully decorated, easy to follow, and makes meditation look fun and appealing. It inspired me to incorporate meditation into my everyday life, and since it's a short audio-book, it didn't take time to digest everything. Recommended definitely.

Good and free of charge!

The audio-book is very simple and straightforward, with many good points and suggestions. I really enjoyed it and learned something quite a bit. But I left wanting, and felt like I needed more. I am not sure exactly what. Perhaps a bit more in-depth guidance on the above mentioned processes and methods.

More about "The Definitive Guide to Meditation"!!

It says it's the "Ultimate Guide to Meditation" but Idk about that ... This is more of the "Ultimate Guide to Meditation" It's a super simple, easy-to-understand little audio-book I think a complete newbie would be fantastic at. I got this for my gift set for my "relaxing" grab bag, and I think it fits perfectly.

It`s very good!

As the author promises in her introduction, you will learn exactly how to meditate, how to use meditation techniques to calm your mind, and how to practice meditation daily. Most important, she provides an introduction to several styles and types of meditation, so you can experiment and find one that suits you best.

Very Clear definition and explanation

Heard this about this audio-book .

Heard this about this audio-book on a procrastination website. Excellent audio-book. I'm re-listening it again, highlighting portions that inspire me. I was really getting trapped and losing opportunities to even make extra money because of falling into the abyss of the "putting off until later" syndrome.

Most self help audio-books are not very good.

Most self help audio-books are not very good. This is a much needed and clear exception. Violet Kinn audio-book is practical and immensely scholarly. It is among the best I have ever seen in this field or any any "how to" area.
