Probably not one for the UK audience

Based on the audio Tom comes across as a confident and successful guy and I’m sure he is.

I think culturally however based on my experience, he comes across as a pushy old school salesman with a lot of his tactics. I’m not sure when the audio was recorded but I actually checked the date of release on Audible as it sounded like it may have been recorded in the 80s based on the content. Audible actually released the recording I listened to in 2015 I believe.

I’m sure the book will work for some but just not for me I’m afraid.

I wish Tom all the best and applaud his efforts acumen to get his material out there.

Introduction to selling 101

This audio book is a compilation of extracts from Tom’s lectures, even though it was entertaining, I found the concepts covered here extremely basic as if they were given to someone who had never sold anything before. It’s a pleasant listen, but I would not listen to it again, unlike other sales books which I keep coming back to.

Great book for fundamentals of Financial Sales

Absolutely what I needed to hear.

Being new to the financial services industry, this book gave me insights into the business and inspiration to press on. My father told me once "son you won't live long enough to make all the mistakes in the world, so you have to learn from others". This book helped me avoid costly mistakes.
