Stress is a part of our daily lives. It can have a negative impact on your health and your relationships. The reason why I decided to write this book was because I wanted to share my personal success story with managing stress to you. I will talk about the following six ways (tips/ideas/behaviors) that will help you better deal with stress. I promise:

  • 1. Identifying your triggers.
  • 2. Managing Accessibility at work.
  • 3. Managing interactions at work.
  • 4. Managing your time at work.
  • 5. Making positive personal choices.
  • 6. Starting with small steps.

After completing this book, you will have a clearer idea of how to properly manage your stress. Listen to this book with an open mind and be honest with yourself when exploring this important issue of your life. Remember that there is no quick fix to resolving this type of a problem. But the chances of success are much higher if you at least have a game plan. And that's where this book will help you; coming up with a strategy to minimize your stress. So let's start shall we?
