Amazing, positive, Affirming and very helpful
I found this book thought provoking, entertaining and easy to listen to.
Louise has an easy relaxed way and uses humour also to get her message across.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to stop being mean to themselves and have a better relationship by learning to love themself even more! x

Life changing
This audio book quite literally has been and continues to be my most precious life long inner best friend.
