Lets get fit the right way

People should listen to this and they will understand that you can eat any food you want and still loose weight. This will teach you how to eat everything. It will show and explain what each food group will affect your body . You need good food and to keep active to make everything work .

Chelsea was good telling this healthy story. The voice was strong, clear .

Sensible approach to weight loss

This is a well-narrated book which is chock-full of ideas and information - you might want to listen through a couple of times to get all the best out of it.

The book advocates a balanced approach to healthy eating, leading to sustainable weight loss and ongoing maintenance. I'd have given it a 5 if it didn't talk about the health benefits of meat and fish. I'm vegan, so I don't eat these, but even if I wasn't I'm not sure the science supports a view that these foods can be eaten as part of a healthy diet.

That being said, most of the information is sound and the book was well narrated and structured.

The information provided is a great reinforcement of stuff we’ve all heard before. Straight forward and easy to listen to... things to think about to help lead a healthier lifestyle.

Good intro to eating healthier

This seemed like a good overview of how to improve your eating habits and feel healthier. The narration is done well, even though the material isn't terribly exciting. For what it is, though, I think it was a worthwhile listen.

A lot of good information

This book had a lot of good information that we might all know, but we tend to overlook/forget about when we are actually trying to lose weight. I feel like this book was easy to read and had a lot of valuable information.

The long haul, long-term solution to weight loss

While the term “fat bulge“ in the introduction made me cringe, the introduction it’s self was awesome and that’s the tone for the whole rest of the book. This is not a quick fix or easy solution, but it is a life-changing one. I’ve tried several of the lose weight fast options, usually to have more weight come back on after it was over. This book will not lead to that. It first tackles the psychological issues surrounding food and weight gain. It states over and over again that food is not the enemy and calorie restriction is not the way to go – which is great because that’s been my least favorite part of dieting. But it talks about which foods to eat to make them work best for you and what are the best substitutions for those daily cravings I get. I’m already implementing some of the recommendations and can’t wait to see the slow, but steady improvements in my life.

A VERY Beginners Guide

This is an imformative beginers guide to eating healthy, not for anyone who has experiance due to it being mostly common sense. I received this book free of charge in return for an unbiased review so I will keep it, but honestly it was a waste of time for me.
