This book is ok...

Though this book contains a lot of useful information about going Paleo, it seems to really emphasize that it is a DIET, meaning temporary, rather than a lifestyle. labeling it as a diet, stigmatizes it and therefore dooms the undertaking to failure from the very beginning. A a person who has lost over 100 lbs, I know that the only way to achieve weight loss success is to completely and perminately change your eating habbits.

Additionally, the narrator is boring and the quality of the recording is not well done. It was not edited well and in a few places the recording repeats itself.
