The way Chidera speaks of women, our rights to be respected and honoured was empowering and thought provoking. There were times it made me cry as it felt like she had reached into my soul and soothed it. If you feel like now is the time to really understand yourself and put yourself first, then this book is for you.

This is the best book I've come across on self love and freeing oneself from dependence on validation from men. An intelligent, intersectional, refreshing insight into break-ups, this helped me finally move on from a relationship that had been hanging over me for more than a year. I felt so seen and understood and I cannot overstate how much I wish everyone would read/listen to this book.
