Worth the patience

Long Winded with 1 hour plus, but this audiobook is very helpful. This audiobook will require patience from the listener.

Enjoyed the content and the narrator very much...

I struggled with insomnia for a few months and was at my wits end. I tried different medicines, counseling, etc. Nothing was working. And then I found this audiobook. The author breaks it down in a way you can totally understand and which really makes sense. He reminds us all that everyone has bad nights of sleep: and that's OK. He gives you tips to overcome the bad nights, learn to look at insomnia in a different way and gives you relaxation strategies. I have been sleeping so much better since reading this book and using some of the strategies. If I have a bad night, I always read sections of this afterward to remind myself that I can overcome bad nights and sleep well.

Overcoming Insomnia

Fear of sleeping was my main problem along with all the negative thinking and behaviors that take over. This method has totally changed the way I think and behave to enable me to finally get rid of the “monster insomnia” for good, to which I thought I could never do, I gave up. So glad I found this audiobook, it’s been a total life saver.

I am mostly recovered from extreme insomnia

Listen it over and over and follow the rules and it will do exactly as the author says it will do! I have given and recommend this audiobook to several people, some very skeptical. The most important thing to have is belief and trust in the author and yourself and it will work. It is my most treasured audiobook.

practical and honest

After trying sleeping tablets from the doctor and getting nowhere, I decided to try a meditation audiobook. I got the audiobook and was skeptical. The book is practical and honest. It gets you to think differently about sleeping. I have had a few bad nights but I end up getting to sleep, where I wasn't before. Thanks

Does what it says it will do!

I started the pro gramme 3 days ago and have had three great night sleep. This audiobook is a must for anyone who has reached a brick wall and don't know where to go from here. The sleeping tablets the doctor prescribed and alcohol hinge to got to sleep has stopped immediately. I think the part of the audiobook that describes feeling proud after your first night sleep of this pro gramme is so true and those inspiring words are keeping me going.

Unique and helpful info

I wish I had more time to write this review, but I wanted to get something positive down about this audiobook. I think the most important thing to know about this book is that the information in it cannot be found anywhere else. I have listen many audiobooks from so many sources and I can say with certainty that this one has some very unique and helpful information in it.

This audiobook has the answer to Insomnia

After years of insomnia, of prescribed sleeping pills and numerous other remedies one listening of this remarkable audiobook meant I regularly enjoy a good night's sleep. Do listen it from beginning to end, believe what she says and that it work. I re-listen parts of it when things started going wrong again. It is really an incredible audiobook for those who badly need.

I fell asleep listening it.

I have been a lifelong insomniac, but my Doctor hates any form of sleeping tablet and will not prescribe them. I turned to alternative methods; this audiobook. I have only listen it once, though the audiobook recommends frequent re-listen, I used to read a lot of books or listen Cd's in bed, in the belief that it would help me sleep, but this audiobook says stop being awake at 3 AM in the morning and that simple piece of advice works well.

Very good

Life changing

This audio book transformed me! I used to fear evening and dreaded my room due to sleep deprivation. This program is generally simple and profoundly successful. The technique was actually what I required in managing my uneasiness of not resting and it gave me and my mind the confidence that I would be a decent sleeper by and by.

Recommended

Highly recommend the book. But you have to follow through. The beginning was a bit hard. However, nothing compared to insomnia and to how great my life is now. It is also important to believe that it can be gone. It can.

Informative

I adapted a considerable amount about rest propensities and how to transform them for better rest. This audio book has helped me to recuperate a sleeping disorder that has gone on for over 10 years.

The Effortless Sleep Method

This audiobook is excellent because it helps you both understand what behaviors support a good night's sleep, and very importantly, re-builds your belief that you will sleep again. And then of course you do. It deals with all the worries and concerns that you have.

A very good reference

This audiobook summaries several valid techniques to overcome insomnia, in my case The Sleep Book was very useful as well. Lots of commonsense info and advice.Highly recommended!
