I kept listening right to the end hoping for something rememberable or inspiring but it never came. I don’t think it’s necessarily a bad book, it was just a bad choice for me. I also found the format a bit repetitive and the switching between narrators distracting without adding much.

I just didn’t click with it

I've listened to Damien and Jakes podcast since it started and I liked the way they weaved in elements of previous interviews to structure a story and also practical advice. If I was going to be user critical......drop the cheesey music boys 😆

WELL STRUCTURED

I wasn’t sure what to expect and didn’t really feel that I needed a change book per se but found lots of interesting stuff in it and enjoyed the book overall. The narrative was engaging and the points made flowed well. Recommended even if you don’t need wholesale change in your life.

Some great advice and an enjoyable listen

If you have listened to the podcasts then you have heard all this before. There is some useful information here, but it has the feel of being cobbled together from podcast themes to make money rather than having a defined aim and structure. There are worse books to buy, but there are definitely better ones too.

Regurgitated podcast

Nothing inspiring. Some good stories. Lots of filler that’s not so interesting. Good narration. Just okay.

Not so much
