I am only on chapter 2 absolutely loving the book. Suzy has written lots of books all of them are amazing this one she reads herself. If you want a hug in a book and to be validated listen to this. Suzy's teachings are beautiful and life changing she combines her yoga, personal training and psychology training to provide a full body approach. Try the practices your nervous system will absolutely love it. We so needed this book. Find peace that it's okay to self advocate to be our full selves. Please do not be put off by the title be curious and try. xx
