This book has a lot of value in the chapters that focus more on self-improvement. It is really exceptionally valuable and very well described. The author gives us suggestions on how to spot emotions and how to deal with it. Strongly recommended.

The book goes above and beyond to talk about just about every type of body language possible. It includes much more than discussion of facial expressions. It is actually fun applying the teachings in everyday life. I recommend this book to anyone with interaction with people from law enforcement, salesman, lawyers, pretty much anyone.

The book covers multiple ways to view a person's behavior. This book will provide insight far beyond what you think you understand. I learned so many effective things from this book. Kudos to the author!

It was very interesting to find out what types of personality exist. If you want to know how to best deal with each personality type then grab a copy of this book. It's always good to be able to fully understand people.
