This book felt like a sales pitch 90% of the time

I kept thinking the author would tone down the sales pitch for her company the grommet. it felt like a 10 soft sell for her company. I'm sure she is amazing at her job I just didnt think I was buying 10 hour long audio brochure for grommet.

Title doesn't really align with the content.

The book was more about the struggles and hurdles of the small businesses that interact with The Grommet rather than how things are actually made. Also felt like self promotion as The Grommet must have been mention 50+ times.
It was good info and enjoyable to read but the title leads you in another direction than the actual content.
