Amazing book - narration irritating though !

He’s my idol - it’s an amazing book .
His narration is well irritating though - stop trying to be so vocally entertaining- it’s hard to listen too

The most annoying narration ever

Really looked forward to this being released having devoured the last book (on kindle)....his stop start delivery is absolutely maddening.

I'll stick to reading it!!

My Favourite Doctor!

I love Dr Gregor, I’ve recently gone plant based due to his last book ‘how not to die’ and thoroughly enjoyed listening to it. How not to diet is just as thorough and provides well researched evidential advise on best dieting tips. Would 100% recommend all his books, his website and his podcasts.

Exceptional advice

Dr Michael Greger is, without doubt, the most important voice in nutrition advice in the world.
Follow the advice in this book and you will lose weight and be the healthiest you can be.
The reading style takes a little time to get used to and may irritate some but for me added to my enjoyment of the book.
Thank you for the hard work of Dr Greger and his team in bringing the science of diet for health and weight loss to the overweight and unhealthy world in which we now live.

Love informative real bases

Very informative science fact based, giving all the tools and comprehensive processes to understand everything which has motivated me to change my habits and move in the right direction. Possibly a little long winded chapter on government support (especially as i am not American) but i can forgive the occasional boring part.

Riverting

A long listen, but worth it. Huge detail on all aspects of food intake and Dr G is brilliant at communicating what could be a dry subject. Well worth the time spent absorbing so much deail and the science of what you should eat, how you should eat and when you should eat - Highly recommended 10/10
