My son is into climbing (indoors for now) and my daughters want to start horse riding lessons.

I am so glad I found this 2 in 1 gem which has everything you need for a beginner. Thete are tips for climbers, from basic terminology, tying the right knots to making sure ypu are aware of the steps to take to keep safe.
With horse riding, again lots of tips for beginners on hiw to prepare before your first ride to different styles of riding.
