Great humour mixed with history
My 8 yr old daughter loves Horrible histories tv & audio. She is unable to read due to hidden disabilities but loves audio books which are played daily. As an adult i find the Horrible histories a bit gruesome in parts but its played down with light hearted humour to lift you up too. My daughter can relate to her school subjects through these books therefore give her confidence in class so they are excellent for her.

absolutely amazing
the narrator was brilliant. I'm in Y4 and my favourite subject is history so it's really helpful to use absolutely brilliant

Short but sweet. narrated in comic fashion.
I may listen to this book again. Child friendly, easy to follow.
