Soporific, in a good way
Been going to bed every night with Diddy for ages now and it's v rare I am still awake to hear the end. Even better at slightly slower speed. love it. Positive end to the day.

Excellent and one of the best sleep help
Diddy has a beautiful voice .soothing without being creepy (which a lot are) . I would prefer less explaining and general talking and more guiding through the relaxing and breathing. These are the most successful techniques. I tend to skip over the beginning bit and start on the breathing and relaxation techniques.

Whenever I play this at night, my fiance and I either fall asleep while listening or are sleepy enough to drop off immediately after. Fantastic!

The Diddy has become the Daddy
Excellent, rest and relaxation tape. If you're not asleep by the end, you soon will be, Diddy's voice is rich and mellow, and modulates slowly and smoothly throughout. Very soothing, Goodnight!

I can guarantee sleep for myself with this meditation!
I never leave reviews normally but I’ve been listening to this meditation for the past 3 nights & love how Diddy makes you feel that nothing is more important than getting rested when sleeping.
It feels validating to hear this from a multimillionaire rapper & business mogul I rate, as someone myself with a busy, stressful but enjoyable life as a self-employed queen!
I’d recommend this to entrepreneurs, those with busy lives and are looking for a guaranteed peaceful slumber. Even my dreams are really nice now!
I like how he says that we ‘deserve’ rest, as at times it feels like society pressures us to be on the go round the clock and makes you feel unproductive if you aren’t being productive.
It even helps how I think during the day hours in making little spots of time for myself in between the busy times. This is a brilliant mix of affirmations and breath focus. Highly recommend!
