Hi, I’m James Atkinson (Jim to my friends and readers). I’m a qualified personal trainer and fitness coach and am a competing bodybuilder, and I have a burning desire to help others reach their fitness goals.

I have been training for more than 15 years. This training has taken me from long-distance running to bodybuilding competition.

It is fair to say I have learned the secrets of weight loss and fitness from my own personal journey. I have been fat, skinny, and musclebound throughout my fitness career, and I really feel fulfillment from helping and advising others when it comes to their goals.

So, this audiobook is all about fitness for the beginner. Believe me, I can empathize with the beginner.

Good

I got this ARC via audiobook boom and this is my voluntary review. This overall is a good opportunity to get a full workout at home. I like the way it starts and gives you small steps to take toward overall fitness. The narrator did a good job. The PDF that comes along with the story is great.

I like it

This is a good workout regiment that is able to be done at home and well explained and laid out. It also helps you ease into things and build upon all of the exercises to help you get a complete workout. I enjoyed it can be done at home and is built as a six-week routine. This is a perfect beginners workout guide for someone looking to get into the groove of things and help set themselves up for a long term work out program. It is narrated well and explains everything clearly and easily able to go back and reference everything. There is also a PDF included that helps lay everything out even more.

lost 12 pounds

I loved this. I already lost 12 pounds and I haven't even finished the program. I highly recommend this book.
