How far will you go to protect your child? A superb Sunday Times number one best seller from the author of Six Years.

Tia and Mike Baye never imagined they'd become the type of overprotective parents who spy on their kids. But their 16-year-old son Adam has been unusually distant lately, and after the suicide of his classmate Spencer, they can't help but worry. They install a sophisticated spy program on Adam's computer, and within days, they are jolted by a message from an unknown correspondent addressed to their son: 'Just stay quiet and all safe.'

Meanwhile, browsing through an online memorial for Spencer, Betsy Hill is struck by a photo that appears to have been taken on the night of her son's death and he wasn't alone. She thinks it is Adam Baye, standing just outside the camera's range, but when Adam goes missing, it soon becomes clear that something deep and sinister has infected their community....

Unfortunately it’s almost impossible to listen to this audiobook. The narrator sounds like he’s recently learnt to read on the way he sounds like a lot of the words. It’s odd as it’s not all the time. It makes for very jarring listening of what seems like another great Coben story.

Another fabulous story but terribly narrated.

Another excellent book from this author. Narrated very well. A gripping storyline that you can't wait to return to. Highly recommended.

As always another great book from harlen coben with intrigue, twists and surprises and a cast of interesting characters where paths cross and come to life as the story begins to conclude.

Story as good as ever from this authors stable but the narration was a disappointment with very incorrect and unconvincing intonation. Also, the production often sounded if it was recorded during a rain shower in a garden shed with little sound-proofing - such a shame

Narration an issue
