Summary
She’s a bullheaded, devoted daughter who doesn’t have time to entertain ideas of forever and always. He’s a stoic, broody dragon with a laser focused plan and taste for revenge.
Busy taking care of her wheelchair-bound father and working multiple jobs to get by, the last thing Posey needs is one more complication in her life. When Kai shows up in her coffee shop, Posey does everything she can to ignore the instant attraction that leaves her reeling. Retreating from civil war in their homeland, Kai and his brothers are forced to leave everything they’ve ever known behind and relocate to a small mountain town in Oregon. Not only did he not expect to find his fated mate in the beautiful firecracker Posey, but when old enemies arrive at Kai’s front door, he finds himself caught between battles as well.
Step one, mate his beloved. Step two, find out who is systematically murdering the shifter population in his new home. Step three, protect his new kingdom from their shared enemy and seek vengeance for those they have lost.

highly recommended
having read and loved the story I decided to give the audio book a go and boy was it worth it.
I knew the story was amazing but the narration brings it to life in a whole new way. I enjoyed every second of listening to this.

Fantastic narration
Having already read this book, I came in with certain expectations.
These expectations were not only met but exceeded. The accents, the character differentiation, the pace of speaking the narrator used just created an experience to be enjoyed. Highly recommend!!
Also I’ll be watching for his name in other audiobooks because I enjoyed the narrator so much.

Loved
Nathaniel Gray narration was brilliant to listen to. Brought out the characters, humour and made this a great listen.
This is an action packed shifter romance . I loved Kai , who has great brothers , who are hilarious. Posey is the strong heroine. This book has action, humour , great relationships between characters.

Nice listen.
Thoroughly enjoyable listen. Great narration. Unlike a lot of shifter romances, it actually had a nice storyline and wasn't just all sex.

Loved the book, loved the audio version
I read "His Fate" after discovering the Bound Beyond Blood series with a later book.... and I can assure you I am madly in love with it!
A.K. Graves is able to write lines that makes you both lough so hard and cry your eyes out, the characters are so hot & funny that you cannot play cool.....
His Fate is the first book of the series, introducing the Ashland, Oregon shifters community. It's the love story between "Josey Posey" Josephine Timmons and "Kai" Kasimir Dragovikh, and the audio version is really worth it.
If you already know the story, you will enjoy Nathaniel Gray's amazing voice, his reading and style.
Definitely to be recommended!
