He also thinks that just because he's the species leader, he's in charge.

I enjoyed this book very much, though there were times when I found Alistair irritating. However the progression of the main storyline is really interesting and I look forward to the next book in the series. Joel Leslie is great as always

I'm just leaving the same review for all the books in the series because whilst each book focuses on a different couple there is a continuous storyline and you still see a lot of the other characters.

These books are brilliant. I have never laughed out loud more at a book than I have with these.
I love the whole set up of the world and the different species. The whole series is really well written and all of the characters are unique.

The narration is incredible and it wouldn't be hard to believe there was a full cast of narrators instead of just one.

Highly recommend.
