Welcome to the brand-new Highlander Medieval Romance series, Lucifer’s Legion, with the launch of Book One, HIGHLAND BORN!

Every family has legends behind it, but no family more than the Dun Tarh clan.

Tucked deep in the highlands of Scotland and relatives to the MacKenzie clan, the dun Tarh family is said to have been spawned from the lost Roman legion, the elite Ninth Hispania. For generations, the family was known for their dark men, quick to temper, fierce fighters with comely looks. They were greatly respected in the highlands until Lares Rayan dun Tahr became the head of the family, a former priest who had fallen from grace.

Lucifer, they called him.

And his sons were known as Lucifer’s Highland Legion.

Aurelius dun Tarh is the eldest son of what many consider Lares’ unholy union. Highlander born but English trained because of his English mother, Aurelius is a man of two worlds.

This book is a lovely story & narrated well. It is quite long and the early chapters set the scene introducing you to the characters that are entwined in the unfolding series of events, all coming together chapter by chapter. Thoroughly enjoyable adventure…. and now to the next book in this series.

Good story

I'm not one to abandon a book but I had to with this one. The story was progressing well but I just couldn't take to the narrator's voice. The general narration was fine but the character voices were grating on my nerves and I had to give up ☹️

Spoiled

I listened to this book at work and ....no word of a lie, I was crying at the end.
Finished listening yesterday and went on to Book 2 Highland Destroyer (which i finished listening to a short while ago) before coming back to leave this review.
Please note the first 3 chapters set the scene for the book, so you know who the characters are and how they eventually interact with each other and their families.
So be patient, it is worth it in the end.
Excellent Narration too! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I blubbed at the end like a good 'un!
