Best high protein cookbook that I have ever picked

There are five or less recipe that call for tofu or other meatless substitutes, and as someone who doesn't want to eat soy, I really appreciate that. I look forward to making the three varieties of veggie burgers patties, and all of the pizza.

I love this audiobook .

I am not an athlete but I love this audiobook The whole-food plant-based recipes are great- a good variety of everything from smoothies and electrolyte drinks to desserts. I also love the variety of salad dressing recipes. Remembering the blueprint (a grain, a bean, a green) is an easy way to make a healthy, filling meal. The sample meal plan also helps.

Good guide .

I love the blog and have a couple ofthe author training guides, so picking up this audiobook was a given. So far, the Omni fam and I all enjoy what I've made (granted, mostly dessert items, but that's how I ease them into enjoying plant-based goodness). If you're looking for plant-based fuel for your fitness goals or just looking for a healthier menu, this is a good guide.

Second vegan audiobook ,

This is the second vegan audiobook I have bought. Very informative. I like everything about this audiobook and they make it very easy to start eating more plant-based. I am very pleased with this audiobook. Overall a great addition to any sports training or diet regime. I look forward to listening more from this author and topic as interest and studies increase in this field.

Since going vegan ,

This is our great audiobook since going vegan and the recipes are so delicious. I thought it was going to be difficult to cook vegan meals but this audiobook takes out all the doubts and worries that I had about the vegan lifestyle. The excellent audiobook for beginners and advanced! Great tasting food that doesn't have to take hours to make.

Great audiobook ,

This is a great audiobook It offers a variety of dishes. The only caveat is you have to enjoy cooking. Most of the recipes take about the same amount of time and number of pots as their non-vegan counterparts. Since a lot of recipes are things like Shepherds Pie and Lasagna, many aren't my idea of weeknight cooking. They are great for batch cooking. And there are some quick recipes, like chickpea salad sandwiches or smoothies.

Make cooking ,

The recipes will make cooking a lot more fun because most of the recipes seem to be delicious and will help me to get my protein needs easily. They have nutrition info per serving and a nice day meal plan which is helpful as I’m trying to cut for summer. N it’s difficult for vegetarians to get their daily protein intake. This audiobook will be very helpful.

Nice audiobook ,

There are so many delicious and easy to follow recipes in this audiobook The best part is they are quick and easy to make. I have been using these recipes for meal prep for work and I'm really happy about it. I feel like I am getting more protein in my diet and I'm feeling more energetic now.

Any vegan ,

I started my plant-based fitness adventure a month in the past and this high-protein audiobook has been an incredible help. The meal plan is a god-sent present that made my struggles as a vegan ten times simpler and will do the equal for any vegan athlete or sports enthusiast. Love the complete foods approach and price in this one. Great for improving my diabetic health!

This is an incredible audiobook I love the plans here. I am attempting to cook more advantageous for my family and this audiobook is stunning! Basic fixings. Not insane elusive stuff like some other audiobook. The authorThe author clarifies what a plant-based eating routine is about and how to begin and stay with a plant-based eating regimen.

This cookbook is full of really unique meals. The recipes range from easy to super complex. The cookbook is really a good one due to clear instructions, beautiful information, and recipes easy enough for kids to make, but also ones complicated enough for someone who knows their way around the kitchen. What is nice about this audiobook is it has lots of healthy recipes, but also recipes for when you want comfort food.

There is a vegetarian recipe in this cookbook.

There is a vegetarian recipe in this cookbook for every meal-type and food occasion, and what's great is that I know I'm getting a healthy dose of whole food protein in each one. The roasted garlic butternut squash hummus was not only delicious for pita dip but was versatile enough to be used as a spread on a number of different foods. The chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter vanilla bean frosting used a creative combination of tofu in the cupcakes and Greek yogurt in the frosting, which resulted in a sweet, yet healthy, treat. Whether you're serving meals to strict vegetarians or not, the cookbook will provide ideas that are certain to delight your friends and family.

I want more cookbooks by this author!

I have numerous veggie cookbooks and this is by far my absolute favorite vegetarian cookbook ever. The recipes are so delicious and so healthful. My carnivore husband praises so many of these meals, especially the falafel. The author's intro to each recipe and easy-to-follow directions make you feel like you know her. I want more cookbooks by this author!

Beautiful vegetarian cookbook.

Beautiful vegetarian cookbook. Bought this as a gift for our younger son who has become a recent vegetarian. I specifically looked for a cookbook with information and this cookbook does not disappoint. There are tons of great full-color information of all the yummy dishes he can make. 181 pages of recipes that look incredibly appealing. I can't wait till he opens it and gets started cooking.

This is my favorite cookbook.

This is my favorite cookbook. I’ve been vegetarian for 12 years. The recipes are easy to make, delicious, don’t require hard to find ingredients. There is the nutritional information for every recipe. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I wish I could find more audiobooks like this!

I found more vegetarian recipes in this audiobook than I have in any other to date! Usually, you find one or two but I hit the jackpot with this one and ordered it in hardcover. Love it. Seller is always reliable too.

Great meals and definitely helped me get my daily protein as a vegan. I enjoyed them. I just started on my fitness journey and my kitchen knowledge is limited. I am also a bad cook but this audiobook did help me out a lot with clear instructions and the recipes are pretty easy to prepare. Definitely recommend for vegans and plant-based diets!!

Love the recipes, most of them are really simple and fast to prepare and they also taste good! They all come with nutrition info, that made tracking my macro's and planning my meals super easy in combination with his high protein audiobook! I love it and I recommend it to everyone!
