recipes on audible don't work.

The book spends most of the time on recipes for the dash diet. I was expecting more details about herbs, vitamins and lifestyle changes . Recipes on an audio don't help. you need the hard cover book if recipes are what you're looking for. not worth my time as I got very little advise for the root cause of the problem.
