When Felix lands a job taking care of a man recovering from severe injuries, he thinks his life may have just turned around. Anything has to be better than the place he's leaving. There's something about Lane that draws Felix to him and makes him question if this place could finally become a home for him. But when someone begins stalking Felix, he is left to question who Lane is and what actually happened to him.

Together, Felix and Lane will be forced to see just how far they will go to protect each other. Being chased by cops, kidnapping a man, and breaking into a drug operation seems to be his normal since arriving in Lane's life. Wow what an exciting story and so amusing in my places. Excellent narration by Joel Leslie. Can’t go wrong with a great story and brilliant narration.

Love these guys, their insulting sarcastic relationship and all the situations they get themselves into! There's nothing about this book to not love! One of the most enjoyable series I've listened to and by the best narrator of all time. I don't understand the 3 star reviews, they need to relisten. The story is not the slightest bit confusing and there is no constant "I say" moments. Just a FANTASTICALLY written story. I want more of Felix and Lane!

I have literally just finished listening to this book and before I get stuck into the next one I had to write a review, cause OMG! This book is AMAZEBALLS! Firstly Felix is just the best, even though his funny it’s so dark sometimes you don’t know whether you should laugh or be shocked at how he treats Lane. And Lane, just my heart. His so strong, but you can literally see all his vulnerabilities. And I love the fact that he really is blind and no he doesn’t have this magic sixth sense, but he can still get shit done.

I just love this book, there are so many laugh out loud moments and it has me on the edge of my seat till the end. Love, love, love this book.

And I don’t normally like Joel Leslie American accent(though that’s his native tongue, weird I much prefer his English accents), but he narration added to the edge of seatness of this book.

And I’m just gonna leave you with the quote of the book for me(there were loads but I love this one) “3 little pew, pews and 1 big pew” Die! Lol

This needs to be a TV series!!
