Summary

Thirty years of small-town secrets - now the key to the mystery is gone. The small town of Hidden Falls is abuzz. Former students, friends, and loved ones are prepping for tonight's big event to honor Ted Quinn's many years of compassionate service. Quinn is reluctant about a night in the spotlight - but is tenderly prodded by Sylvia, mayor of Hidden Falls and Quinn's dearest friend and confidante.

Ethan and Nicole won't let the shadows of their pasts stop them from returning to Hidden Falls - but only for Quinn - no matter how much it hurts. Liam, a former student, and Jack, a town newcomer, are both hoping the night works toward their own gain--or, if they'll admit it, their chance for redemption. Like Quinn, Dani and Lauren are mainstays in Hidden Falls. They keep close to home--and have secrets to keep close, too.

Now it's time. The guests are seated, introductions are made, the spotlight shines on center stage...and the unthinkable leaves the entire town scrambling for the truth.

A new must-read episode releases every week starting January 24!

Hidden Gem

It is like watching a film on HBO ... The characters draw you in and before you know you reached the end of the instalment and wonder what the next will hold.

Cliff hanger/bait.

This is not a story; it's a set up for you to buy the next. It literally only introduces people and brings them together then ends on a cliff hanger. I refuse to buy more on principle.

dragging

not my cup of tea. Might be a more interesting subject for someone who has never been to a small town or went to a class reunion

very slow

Don't listen in the car or you might just fall to sleep. I felt the character reads sounded to much a like. The story never really had any main roots to keep me connected and listening.

Excellent Audio

Excellent audio I have never read or listen too any of her books. She's an excellent writer I had to get Episode 2 and 3 to keep going. Really keeps you interested in the whole book. The narrator's is excellent too. I am going to see if she has other books.
I would have been happier if I could have gotten the whole audio and not just Episodes , there are 13 of them.

Sluggish

Waiting for something to happen seems to be taking forever. Too much money for a mediocre tale

Almost got me hooked

Well written and well narrated small town mystery that had me hooked and ready to buy and download the whole book ... BUT ...
The audible is only purchasable as single chapters for $1.99 each. With 13 chapters, I don’t think my interest in this boos is going to be worth. The $24+ it will cost to download the chapters ... and definitely not worth one credit (at $14.95 each) for each chapter!

So sad because the main character Quinn is interesting and the mystery is just starting to unfold. Chapter 1 lays the Tien background ... or st least present snippets of various townsfolk and their possible relation to Quinn.

Again, so sa

Great Start

I loved it. My only regret is that it was too short. I can't wait for episode 2.

So Good

Number 1 was so good that I just had to get the rest of the series. Some of the characters I really like but there are others that I could swear I've met in real life they are that detestable to me. But that is what makes it interesting. You're not going to like everyone, now are you?!
