Lou may have thought that she was finished with the witch Isobel Key, but some secrets can’t stay buried forever.

Sequels can usually be categorized as disappointing, average, great. This one was disappointing. The Secret of Isabel Keys was a great novel, full of potential. I was excited to purchase the second audio book, expecting a continuation of the creativity found in the first book. I was wrong. This book’s plot was slapped together and came across as an afterthought. No character building. No meaningful connections. No surprises. I felt the author wrote this one strictly for the money. Pass on this one.
