Summary

Kate Priddy makes an uncharacteristically bold decision to move from London to Boston after her cousin, Corbin Dell, suggests a temporary apartment swap. But soon after her arrival, Kate makes a shocking discovery - Corbin's next-door neighbour, a young woman named Audrey Marshall, has been murdered. When the police begin asking questions about Corbin's relationship with Audrey and his neighbours come forward with their own suspicions, a shaken Kate has few answers to tell.

Good Twister

Claustrophobic thriller set in Boston with interesting characters. Well-paced plot with skilful use of multiple narrators. Could have been read at a brisker pace with fewer irritating pauses in delivery but enjoyable on the whole.

Great listen and perfect narration.

Another gripping and non-stop listen from this author. The story unfolds through different dimensions as we hear it told from different characters vision, a very interesting way of writing to create twists in the journey of the book by revealing the plot through the eyes of each character. Every version paints a new picture. The narrator read this so well, very nice voice to listen to. Recommend!

Loved, if only she hasn't kept saying 'gotten'.

It sounds daft coming from English accent. And faucet? For goodness sake IT'S A TAP

Not great, not bad.

Definitely better and worse out there, good story but somehow I couldn't really care about Kate. Henry sounded like the kind of bloke it would be fun to share a beer with though!

Spoilt by disappointing ending.

I agree with other reviewer, turn the speed up to 1.25 or it is painful to listen to. This could so easily have been a 4 star listen but sadly when it finished I was left utterly disappointed and a bit shocked. Such a shame as I had grown fascinated with the story after a slow start. Lots of things were painfully obvious and whilst you couldn't guess the ending you feel somewhat cheated by it. I don't want to say it's not worth a credit as so much of it is and it won't be the first book I've read where the being has been slightly disappointing. This may well be better as a movie - maybe that was the intention?

Perfectly decent book

Not a brilliant book but interesting and engaging enough to warrant a listen. Twists were all a bit obvious but still enjoyable.
