Too short

Each episode is too short to help someone who is sleep deprived. I would just about be starting to relax, nowhere near to sleep and the episode would end. And suddenly I am wide awake trying to find the next episode with more blue light, which is obviously bad for sleep. This audiobook defeated the purpose for which it was made. I use audible for my insomnia, your free episodes do not help.
