Does the trick

Most of the book is not necessarily my cup of tea. However the last chapter really has improved my sleep quite considerably.
So thanks a lot to the authors.

Great resource for those desiring healthier sleep

Helpful information and exercises for improving sleep and rest from two experts in the field. The meditations are calming and peaceful. I'm excited to put them to practice!
