The only resource you need to remain healthy

I received much more from this audiobook than I expected. It is not only about nutrition and how to prevent health problems for men, especially at midlife and later. I found a lot of useful and practical advices how to boost my energy and manage my weight too. Simple but very useful book if you want to catch up with your children or your younger wife :)

The mindset I needed

Loved this! This book has got me back in the mindset of how important health is for every aspect of life! It was full of tips and hacks I hadn’t come across before and has given me just the right motivation to take nutrition seriously again. Very helpful book.

If you are a man of a ' certain age' then you'll find this book really useful.
I got this book for my dad who has recently decided to change his lifestyle as he's feeling low and unhealthy.

The author has done an amazing job of putting together all the information you need if you are looking to make the necessary changes to become healthier and happier.
From what can go wrong physically and emotionally if you are making unhealthy choices to how you can fix the issues you may be having because of your unhealthy lifestyle.

I love the last chapter which is full of yummy healthy recipes.

Health is the key!

I didn't use to eat very healthily before though I exercised much to barely maintain my body. But deep in my mind I know I need to change my eating diet to be better. This book is just right for me!

It stands out from other books with professional tips and suggestions. There's not simply the information, but a mindset for keeping habits for men to stay fit. I'm more motivated to start my healthy journey!

Finally a simple guild line for my diet needs at 46

I am sick and tired of these diet books that assume you have millions of dollars to spend or are 20 year old who has all day to spend in the gym if you are looking for a guild for normal guys to eat healthy and live a normal life this is the book!

Great motivator!

This book is a great listen not only for improving your health now, but also for the long-term. The author goes into detail about factors such as diet, sleep, and exercise and how they impact future health outlook. The consequences for bad decisions was the wake-up call I needed. Very informative and motivational to make better choices now. The accompanying PDF with recipes was an awesome bonus!

Must listen for all men!

As an avid health-nut, I'm always reading/listening to as many different sources as I can. Healthy eating is so important for longevity in life, and as obvious as it seems, so many people seem to miss the mark. This book is great for anyone who is having trouble getting started and needs to find a baseline. There is lots of science to back everything up, which I find super helpful when trying out new things. The narration was always very pleasant, and I love when a book comes from the writer's perspective and not just facts and information crammed together.

I loved it

I loved that author speaks from his own experience and includes relevant studies as well. It is not hard to prevent health problems which come with age and to stay in shape and this book teaches exactly how o to that in simple and practical way. Stay fit, indeed!

I quite enjoyed this audiobook. I thought that the information was presented well and also delivered well by the narrator. I appreciated the different topics that this audiobook delved into, particularly how it dealt with both the basics and some more advanced ideas about what is healthy and whether or not there's scientific evidence to support it (i.e. alkaline water). I also like that the author took the approach of varying the age groups, as recommendations for one age may not exactly fit that of another. And finally, I was able to try several of the recipes and turns out it's true--eating healthy can be delicious! :)

Much Needed!

Creeping up on 30 years old, sometimes I feel things shifting in my back like it's a pocket hammer playing the xylophone on my spine, Eating right and staying active is the key to prevent this, I have been In construction my whole life and this helps me understand the many ways of getting back in shape, turns out a weak lower half may be the musician at play. This audiobook is structured very well and delivered efficiently and effectively with nothing but positive outcomes, I'm glad it fell into my hands cuz it hurts to bend over and pick it up lol 10/10 and I highly recommend it to any and all men to make the purchase!

Great information!

I listened along with my husband on a trip. I found all the facts super interesting and while I started writing them down the more relevant ones I saw the option for the free PDF download…super helpful! I will say the narration was a bit slow so we did speed it up a bit.

A perfect health handbook for men

This audiobook (and ebook, as it is included with this purchase) was the perfect gift for my partner. Life and age often creep up on us when we begin to feel the symptoms of ageing. This audiobook is filled with important information and precise recommendations to live a healthy and energetic lifestyle for as many years as possible. Although it is aimed at men, much of the advice applies to women as well. I absolutely recommend keeping this one close at hand.
