If you can't sleep

I have had to start sleeping once again with my other half whom snores! This book has helped me to find sleep, relax in to a place that I could see some answers to questions that have been worrying me, and I feel it has done for me what it said on the packet and would highly recommend it to anyone, I have plenty of these types of book, but this is by far the best!

Good and effective

A positive way to deep sleep in a simple and portable format I find it an antidote to jet lag

iNod off

This does the trick most of the time for me. Works well as a relaxation script or if you want an afternoon nap. Some subliminal suggestions in there that seem to work well. Fairly down to earth, some chiled music in it, but thankfully no waterfalls or panpipes.
