Summary

This audiobook is narrated by Dr. James Blair (J.B.) Hill, grandson of Napoleon Hill.

Everything you desire is within your reach when you learn to tap the miraculous power that lies within you. Success belongs to those who cultivate and hone this power as a tool that leads to their success. Success is a miracle created by daily effort. It is a way of life, a habit. People in every walk of life can learn to achieve their goals, overcome all obstacles, and live the life they want. You can be one of these people. You can work your own miracle.

Napoleon Hill (1883-1970) was born in a one-room cabin on the Pound River in Wise County, Virginia. He began his writing career at age 13 as a "mountain reporter" for small town newspapers and went on to become America's most beloved motivational author. His classic work, Think and Grow Rich, continues to inspire millions to believe and achieve and is a cornerstone of the modern self-actualization movement. Before passing, Hill established the Foundation as a nonprofit educational institution whose mission is to perpetuate his philosophy of leadership, self-motivation, and individual achievement.

Grande material Narrated...

...with 4000% lack luster. I had to speed the audio to 1.35 times just to make it a listen of "regular" cadence. I thought it'd be awesome to listen to Napoleon Hill's grandson read his work - figuring he'd at least have basic delivery skills, as the audio is available for sale. WRONG!! As a sentiment, it should have been done privately and passed to family at holidays. No, the sample can't & does not prepare the buyer for the narrative drought. Be prepared to speed it up OR listen only when in bed. Great material - typical Hill work but this work deserves a narrator!!!

Well worth your time

Napoleon Hill's books seem to always have the same idea repeated in different form, with different scenarios matched to the advice. This is why I enjoy his books and CDs so much. The advice was certainly of it's time and is still very relevant today. This book is the first one that I have listened to for a while and I will certainly listen to it again several times again.

Great book / Sad narrator

I expected the book to be better as it is the last thing Napoleon Hill worked on .The narrator 's mood or intonation is that of a sad or regretful person. I wish you publish the book once more and of course with a professional narrator
