I was hoping meal plans would be included in the nutrition book but there are none.

These books by Marc McLean have definitely motivated me to get back into the gym.
While this weight training bundle for women has some good content, I wish it would have been a bit longer.
Loved the stories from other women who were just starting out with weights and are now doing amazing.
I’ll be honest, I didn’t even notice this was 2 audiobooks in one, the nutrition book after the womens weights training one was a nice surprise.
I enjoyed the nutrition book most because I've been trying all sorts of diets and hating it, time to try some of the advice in the book.
I particularly liked the chapter on getting your butt in shape, learned a few new exercises I hadn't heard of before.
The author tells you why you won’t end up bulky and really muscular exercising this way. So true – I’ve been trying to tell my friends this for months!!
