Good but missing important PDF

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

This is a decent collection. Just know with the Six Pack Chef there is NO accompanying PDF for all the recipes.

Basically an overly long Men's Health article...

The information presented in this pack is pretty solid, I just felt myself wanting a bit more depth. The content played more like a pop nutrition blog than as an actual resource.

Some good info

I loved this trio of works from this author. The information was very lean; the major points and brief relevant supporting info. I've listened to this book multiple times as it helps re-enforce and remind me of the many benefits of fasting and overall better health. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to lean up and boost testosterone.
