Not worth buying!

Amazing!

I wanted to listen to this book all the way through before applying it and I have already experienced changes. Cannot wait to listen to it again and apply it!

A book that will resonate with almost every woman

Amazing book, and I always love when the author reads their work. As a woman I had so many "omg that's so me" moments. The only annoying thing is the chapter names are not visible in Audible app, leaving them just as chapter 1-17 where the numbers don't really match the real boom chapters (prephase being chapter 1, intro being chapter 2, chapter 1 being chapter 3 and so on). Audible should fix it.

Fantastic book

This book is really amazing and touches on all the main issues that cause weight gain and how to solve them to achieve weight loss. I would continue to refer back and tap along!

Tapping WORKS

Whenever Jessica went into a tapping session, I did it. On one particular occasion the tapping worked so well, my 'cravings' (all the result of stress) fell away-- without me realising it until I found myself NOT reaching for snacks to pacify me.

How about making a book or recording JUST with tapping sessions, Jessica! I'd be your first customer!
