Very helpful

Would you listen to The Science of Self-Confidence again? Why?

Yes and I do listen to it frequently, I find this book very useful for motivating me when dealing with people, sales and general positive thinking if I get myself into a negative mind frame this helps snap me out of it.

The narrator giggles unnecessarily and pauses all the time at the wrong places.

No.

How could the performance have been better?

The narrator could speak in a louder voice, his voice was too soft.

Regarding the chapter on nutrition, the vast majority of the things he says have been proven wrong.

Great, inspiring book

Absolutely worth reading. There are plenty of advices, they are short and clear. Just apply it, and you'll be successful.

Phenomenal content. Definitely in my top five favorite books. Extremely practical and useful information, I will listen to this book multiple times over.

Only downfall is there is so much concentrated information that there is very little story and it can be hard to focus. Had to rewind and re-listen to a lot of parts to soak it all in

Very actionable...

Not a lot of self help books I’ve read that are actionable...but this one definitely had steps worth taking. There are some parts in the book where I’d suggest pulling out a pen and paper and writing things out when he discusses things like what your goals are, what are the tasks that make up your day, ranking the clusters of tasks by importance, listing the characteristics you want to embody etc...it’ll help you frame the direction you’re heading
