    "Good but not for me"

    I listened to this book quite quickly. The author is easy to listen to and her personal experiences bring a better level of credibility and likability.
    However, this book didn't really help me with more of a obsessive anxiety and I feel that if you're suffering badly, or a specific form of anxiety, this might just scratch the surface and provide a level of explanation behind the reasoning instead of significantly helping.

    I loved this book... to the point when I feel anxious I just listen to her voice. She say such positive things. It's like having a lovely very level headed wise friend with you at all times.. thank you Chloe.. x

    This has helped me so much.
    If you're suffering it's a must read, I'd highly recommend this book and the added meditation is really helpful and relaxing!

    "A Most Helpful Book - do read!"

    I found listening to this book so very helpful as it touched on why I am so anxious that now I, at last, realise how many things happen in ones early life can be the reason for anxiety. I have only given two stars for "story" as I felt it wasn't a story but then maybe I am wrong as it was read so well by Chloe Brotheridge the author.

    "Excellent advice"

    I listen to a lot of self help books but this is one of the few that truly stand out. The author is easy to listen to and i could relate to a lot of what she said. The advice was practical and useful and the fact she has actually had anxiety makes a huge difference. Will definitely listen to again and use the resources she gives throughout.

    I never realized that all the negative thoughts I had, even as a child, were anxiety driven. This book put a name to my demons and put me on the road to improvement. I am so grateful.

    "A Quieter Mind This Book Makes"

    This is a number one on my list. 5 stars!!
    Just the sound of her voice is calming. I listen to her in the car when I get anxious.

    She shares some great material that will change you a little each day if you just listen with an open mind.

    I recommend this book for anyone who has anxiety. It helps you realize that you are not the only one going through this and it gives you a lot of helpful tips to reduce your anxiety. I have recommended this to everyone I know who is suffering with Anxiety.
