Summary

Very Instructive and Practical.

My life desire has always been to live an active lifestyle, improve my bone health, enjoy better flexibility and mobility, keep a healthy body weight, and live a balanced life. This I have tried to achieve by joining groups of like minds to work out, but definitely not anything close to what this training program has provided. This book provides the secret with its 30-day Calendar of workout formats designed at two intensity levels that target specific muscles in the body, plus other workout stretches and exercises designed to equally develop all muscles of the body. The inclusion of recipes in the book is like the icing on the cake.
The importance of healthy eating in the achievement of the body type you desire is emphasized. This is a book for all who want to enhance their quality of life. it is highly recommended.

Great 30 day program

I enjoyed listening to this book.
The program is broken into three phases: the preparation phase, the training phase, and the recovery phase. In the preparation phase, Correa covers nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle choices to get you ready for the next two phases. The training phase is where the program really shines. It includes detailed instructions on how to properly perform exercises, as well as tips on how to maximize the results of each workout. The recovery phase then focuses on nutrition and lifestyle choices to help your body recover from the intense training.
I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking to build muscle mass quickly and effectively.

Great audible

Well structured and narrated audible. It takes you through the various stages of the 30 day programme and explains with ease how to get the most from the programme. I have done the programme once and feel the benefits already - highly recommended if you want an easy to follow programme that will challenge you.

Straightforward!

I have 3 teenage boys that are into weightlifting and bodybuilding. I truly loved how informative and straight to the point this book is, it made it super easy to listen to. Joe provides an easy and encompassing step-by-step guide to eating healthier and great tips to ensure you have adequate and enough recovering time built-in in between training sessions. If you follow this consistently, no doubt you will achieve the results you dream of. Highly recommend it and am sharing it with my boys!

If you have the discipline then this is for you!

This is a no-nonsense great training program that will change how you look and feel - great if you only have a short time to make changes and are dedicated to results. This clearly produces results, and If you follow the program to the mark, you should see great results within 30 days! Not bad for only a month of hard work - and why stop there if you want to stay in great shape. I go back to it when I want to blast a short and intense training program at any time.

Getting healthier and toned the right way

I love how informative and straight to the point this book is. In The 30 Day Muscle Building Training Program, Joseph Correa provides a comprehensive step-by-step guide to eating healthier (including lots of amazing and easy-to-make recipes), the best and most effective exercises to build and maintain muscle mass and great tips to ensure you have adequate and enough recovering time built-in in between training sessions. Good book for beginners!

Incredible Program!

I have been weightlifting for years, but it is always good to try new things and new programs. I believe the author of this book has a very strong understanding of what it takes to build muscle. What I loved is how the program is designed for both beginner and advanced athletes.
