Fascinating

I enjoyed the message from this audible; it provided a different outlook on the different methods to achieve happiness in your life. The breakdown of this theory conveyed in a way that is simplified but will require work to obtain this goal of happiness.

I would definitely recommend this audible to others.

My hypothesis is happiness

After listening to this summary of The Happiness Hypothesis, picked up the full version. The thing I love about this book is that I feel more confident about applying Haidt's ideas because they are 1) helpful, and 2) backed by science.
