Awaken the Giant within

I like the briefness of the summary, although I imagine there was a lot information missing, that is covered in the full book.
I think a full audiobook version of this would be brilliant. I'm dyslexic and reading can be extremely trying at times.

Good but too short

good book but way too short and it skips through some key concepts providing little detail
