    I love the simple approach to breaking down the sources of stress in your life. Inevitably the first step will be the hardest, but all subsequent steps are readily attainable goals. Fortunately, my stress is mostly manageable, but I can't wait to implement some of the stress-free life tips at the end of this book! It really helps you handle your stress. In an uncontrollable life, the tools in this book will give you control. I definitely recommend this book to anyone needing quick tips for stress management.

    This is a great book on Stress Management.
    All of the things, tips, and guides that I need to know about Stress Management are already included and well written inside. Sarah Rowland has done an incredibly awesome job in compiling and creating this book of Stress Management.
    Also, the unique part of this book is the compilations of the “Manage Stress With Food, Exercise, Sleep, Meditation”. Very informative, useful and well guided. This book is really a great resource for those who want to learn more about Stress Management.
    I highly recommend this book to all.

    I found this book to be very useful while waiting to start treatment for a phobia. It's not a complete solution for me, but it has helped me to stop irrational thoughts and replace them with a more productive, or at least less worrisome, thought pattern.I am very glad to have this wondeful guide.I highly recommended

    "Great exercises....."

    Very good excercises are provided....Lots of great insight, activities and information about stress and anxiety. The chapters are organized in an easy to follow way and you can use the book in any order you like. Each chapter is self contained so you don't have to stick to one particular order. I find myself referring to this book every now and then and it really has helped me cope with stress.I love the assessments it has you do so far to help uncover some of your stressors. It's a great way to try and do some self-help.

    "HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"

    Stress is something we all feel on a daily basis whether we realize it or not. This book had discusses some common causes of stress and several ways to manage and eliminate it in our life. Meditation is one of those tips I have learn to apply in my day to day life to eliminate stress.

    "Relax...."

    I love this book very much. I noticed this book is very effective. Particularly now that I am actually stressed out to the max. Time can be rather stressful and the people around us seldom add to it. That's why getting this book has been a grace for me. When we are stressed, there are hormonal build-ups in our body that can generate harmful effects. This is one cause why we must avoid stress. But life is full of stress, though, this book also ordered me to use laughter to pull a stress-free reality. I also like the advice on how to be grateful and how to take time out for myself. Sometimes, this is what I forget, a time for myself. This is such a profoundly helpful book.

    I think in today's fast-paced times, most people suffer from at least some stress in their daily lives. Personally I've been battling stress for a long time as I try to juggle the responsibilities of family, social and work life. Listening to this audiobook during my commute to work in the morning really helped me get a better start to my day, and I have noticed a remarkable improvement in my mood and thus productivity as a result.

    What did you love best about Stress Management for Beginners?

    Wonderful book. Stress should be moderate. If a person is less stressed then he will be less motivated and creative. If a person has high stress then it directly affects health and work tips and advises are good. this book also told me to use happiness to attract a stress free reality.

    I have some outlets of stress relieving but still, I got interested in this book. These are not to be ignored. Reading this book helped me realize the things and activities which I have to change in my life so that I can enjoy it to the fullest.

    Where does Stress Management for Beginners rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

    This is the best book in stress management as far as I'm concerned. It goes thru why you are suffering thru stress and the steps you can take to alleviate yourself from it.


    What insight do you think you’ll apply from Stress Management for Beginners?

    This book is pretty in-depth. It gives you a variety of ways to analyzing your stressors and how to mitigate them. I really like how the author uses various examples to explain his theories and self improvement methods. I would recommend this book to all!

    In today's world of fast-paced environment, today's society puts a lot of stressors on us and it's important that this affects our health. Do yourself a favor and if you're a stressed out individual like me, learn from your problems and conquer them. Loved this audiobook!
