I have been very pleased with my results. I notice myself not interacting in ways that fit codependency and having a more secure outlook within. I noticed results in the first few days but after weeks of listening I notice I go down into relaxation and sleep much quicker, certainly within 3 min. I am now ordering some of his other books. His voice is easy for me to listen to and his tone lulls me to sleep.
Very helpful audible book. It has helped me relax and drop i to a deep sleep. I gave 1 star for performance because I've had to repurchase multiple times. It disappears from my Audible library. There is some kind of glitch. I don't know if it is this particular title or Audible having issues.

For some reason it stops in chapter two. I fall asleep within the first 30 seconds it seems like. When I wake up I feel great but from only the second chapter. Cant wait for it to complete
