body spirit connection
all from the prospective of past life regression hypnotist's experience. spiritual in a new age way not traditional Hinduism. well put together with how body communication relates to your purpose and spirit guides. personally, explains well what I used to believe and been interesting for me to reflect on how my experiences since have evolved my beliefs. generally packed with information though so insightful none the less.

Absolutely Brilliant!!!
Dear Julia like mother like daughter is all I can say!!! that being said you have your own beautiful and unique way of delivering the most important messages from us to us and to humanity on the whole x I have been using this method for many years having used for myself and others needing help x I was first introduced to this method of listening to our beautiful selves from reading The Body Mind Workbook by Debbie Shapero which I purchased many years ago. This is the most well thumbed book on my bookshelf! However, I was compelled to listen to you reading your message through your book and I really can’t thank you enough … I had stopped listening to my own body … thank you thank you and thank you again x I do needed the reminder and you delivered it perfectly xxx
