Fantastic, this ACTUALLY helped

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

If they had the same problems with social anxiety and shyness then yes absolutely definitely, without hesitation.

Fantastic book. I liked that it got to the point quickly, was not full of medical jargon and just contained what i needed - which was to help me with social anxiety (and shyness) a my work and other places. I felt a little better immediately. I like to listen to this book on the way to work, it really helps me get thru the day.

Day by day, week by week I am getting better. Thanks to the author

It works FAST!

What did you like most about Social Anxiety?

Unlike other books of its kind which are often too vague for my liking, this book talks specifically about social anxiety at work which is exactly what I needed. I find office politics extremely anxiety provoking and I've always struggled when speaking to my boss. This book gets straight to the point and offers some very helpful advice! I feel so much more relaxed at work these days and my confidence has improved dramatically. Buy this book! It works and it works FAST!

I learnt a lot

Would you consider the audio edition of Social Anxiety to be better than the print version?

Sure, absolutely. The way Susan Kruth guided me through made her an irreplaceable asset, one thing which the print version couldn't have had provided.

What other book might you compare Social Anxiety to, and why?

i don't have an other book like this and this one, this is an amazing book indeed that helped me out a lot.

Which scene did you most enjoy?

The time when we would get rid of our anxiousness, our worries, that I enjoyed the most.

Let them go, Let anxiety go.

Yeah! this book helped me out a lot, with all the pressure I had, a nervous breakdown was certain but I really am relieved that things won't go that way again.

this book really came through for me, id recommend

Really good book which personally helped me a lot. This may not help everyone, nor do they claim it will, but i can really say this is the first book I felt actual real progress with. I started to feel a bit better pretty soon after getting this. I feel I still have a long journey to go to be totally “cured” from social anxiety issues but having tried at least 20 other books this really is the first one of any real use!

Helped with so many issues

Where does Social Anxiety rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

One of the best.

What other book might you compare Social Anxiety to, and why?

Really not sure.

What does Susan Kruth bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

So much easier to listen to this anywhere than it would be to read it.

Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It brought up a lot of emotions throughout. Overall good ones. I felt better.

Fantastic book, helped me so much. Any type of social anxiety is a quite horrible thing. Brutal at times. I have had this book for almost 3 months now and only have the highest praise for it and how the advice has, quite literally, changed my life. I was actually close to quitting my job - now i have a BETTER job! The fact i got thru an interview and now thrive in daily life at work is a miracle. I still have my off day but generally i am so much better and put it down to this excellent book.

(Cover is awful though, that is one thing i WOULD change ha!)

Learning to be less anxious

In varying degrees (from so bad I avoided job interviews for a while and was unemployed to just general shyness and awkwardness at work) I have suffered from social anxiety for years which is always exaggerated in work situations, which are often more pressured. Meetings are a really bad one for me, or just small chat or asking for a raise, stuff like that. Even answering the phone gets to me at time. This book is not the ultimate cure but i can sincerely say it really put me on the right track and i am seeing improvements every week. I feel i have a while to go but at least i have turned the corner and i put it down to a mixture of this book and myself just implementing the advice they give. Thank
you.

Social Anxiety Guide

This book is billed as being abut social anxiety and shyness at work and whilst it is very very good for this, the advice in the book can also works in all aspects of your life.
