      Sleep is essential to our health and it is something known that the absence of sleep can bring major medical complications. This book has everything you need to know, from the first chapter the author teaches you about the sleep stages, when it is the time when our body relaxes and what happens in our brains while we sleep, that was most important to me.On the other hand it gives you useful tips to improve your sleep and improve your performance on the day. With this book I learned a lot about the conditions of sleep.

      I recommend this book if you are suffering from insomnia or any other sleep disorder so you can identify the root of your problem and find a healthier solution.

      "Looking forward to feeling wide awake."

      It doesn't seem to matter how much or how little sleep I get, I generally feel tired during the day. From this book I've learned that it's probably not the amount of sleep I'm getting but rather the quality of sleep. I've picked up plenty of tips that I'm keen to try out to see if they help. I'll also be changing my bedtime sleep habits as I've also learned that actually I've picked up quite a few bad habits that are probably not helping me at all - like varying bed times, listening from a tablet in bed, not having the room perfectly dark ... actually I hadn't realized just how many bad sleep habits I have got until I listened this! Looks like I've got quite a few changes ahead. Whether you have trouble getting to sleep or, like me, don't sleep well once you are asleep then I would definitely recommend you read this book as there's loads of advice for all kinds of issues..

      For someone like me that has always had difficulty getting a good night's sleep, this book was a great find.author definitely knows what he's talking about here and has taken the time to provide some great information and tips on the subject.

      Very thorough and helpful tips for people having problem in sleeping. The author aims to help sleep deprived person to gain adequate and higher quality of sleep. He even mentioned common sleep disorders and its pointers in dealing with it. I, for one, had some trouble in sleeping every time I'm so busy with work and there were times that I just want to stretch out the whole day, and that became a habit. Reason why I got so interested in listening the whole book, and it sustained all tricks that I need to have a better sleep and improve my sleeping habits.

      I was having difficulty in keeping a good sleep lately. Sometimes I woke up middle of the night then get a hard time getting back on sleep or even if I go to bed early it takes me an hour to fall asleep. But thanks to this book, I have found the contributing factors why it happen to me and how I can address it properly to correct my sleep for better sleep health.

      This was such an excellent book for me since sleeping is one of the most crucial things that I enjoy but at the same time struggle with.The author speaks about how much sleep is necessary, the different stages of sleep, signs you are not getting enough sleep, myths about sleep, consequences of not getting enough sleep, along with so much more. Great book for anyone who is trying to find the ultimate sleep solutions.

      I have sleep apnia and have searched for ways to get a better nights sleep. I came across Jimmy Cooper Easy Sleep Solutions and listen straight through it. I now use the tips inside to help me get more and uninteruped sleep. I seems to help very much. Highly recommended.

      I downloaded this book using Kindle Unlimited. This is a very useful book on sleeping disorder and sleepy hygiene tips. I was surprised to see that there were quite a number of information I did not know of, for example. to use your mobile phone as an alarm clock instead of a standard LED alarm clock and the Sleep App. The book is well written with many sub-chapter to allow for fast listening. Recommended for insomniacs.

      Sleep plays an important role in your physical health. For example, sleep is involved in healing and repair of your heart and blood vessels. Ongoing sleep deficiency is linked to an increased risk of heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke. This book will give you a full information about what sleep is all about, stages of sleep, the myths of sleep, signs of being deprived from sleep, benefits of sleep, different sleep problem and last but not the least the tricks of having a good sleep.And children needs 12-18hrs of sleep and the number drops to 7.5-9hrs after the age of 18.
